Joshua 3

Joshua 2:9-12 – Weapons of mass benevolence

This harlot in a foreign nation with no prior contact with the God of Israel came to believe in Him on account of the miraculous things in the wake of the people of this God.

In military sense, this would be considered a show of force, something done just to let the opponent know what degree of trouble he is courting if he doesn’t surrender quietly.

Ecclesiastes 3:14  I know that, whatsoever God doeth … God doeth [it], that [men] should fear before him.

Jesus did say “Without signs and wonders, they will not believe”. For us to be able to persuade others of the power we have access to in the kingdom, it is important we expect supernatural signs to be part of our natural day.
